Four balconies collapse in Vitsebsk region

Four balconies collapsed and fell down from a block of flats in the village of Koptsi, Vitsebsk region. The accident was witnessed by numerous local residents. Luckily, nobody was injured.  Local residents say that builders violated safety rules when they left concrete plates loose some thirty years ago.

Over the past four years, people have filed numerous reports with the local authorities, asking to repair the building. Apparently, it will definitely be reconstructed after the accident.
