For Freedom movement activist detained in Myadzel
Zmitser Padreza, an activist with the For Freedom movement, was today detained in the city of Myadzel. Police filed administrative offense charges against him, reports Charter'97. Police officers seized his mobile phone and the stickers advertising the opposition-staged European March and told him to turn up at the local KGB office. The activist refused to tell the police where he took the stickers and said he was not going to appear at a KGB office without a summon.
