Freedom of press – term of joining European Council for Belarus – Terry Davis
The Secretary General of the European Council Terry Davis announced the terms of joining the organization for Belarus. In his interview with Radio Liberty he stressed that our country was the only European country that was not a member of the European Council. To become its member Belarus has to improve the situation with human rights and to cancel death penalty.
