Freight train comes off the rails near Minsk

A freight train returning from heat power plant #4 after unloading black oil came off the rails near Dzehtsyarouka station not far from Minsk on March 19. One of the 14 carriages almost turned over. STV channel has informed that more than 20 workers had to change sleepers and to send the wheels back to the rails for about 1 hour and a half because of the emergency. Railway workers are calculating loses and trying to find out the reason for the accident now.
