Frostbite kills 5 in Brest region
5 people died of frostbite in the Brest region, Alzaksandr Semzanzuk from the local hospital's surgery department, told the European Radio for Belarus. "As of today, we have 15 patients with frostbites. Three people were admitted over the weekend. Most of them are men up to 40 years old. Almost all of them were overcooled due to alcohol abuse. Several of them are homeless.
