General Prosecutor's Office to ask journalist some questions
Barys Haretski, a journalist of Radio “Racyja” is expected to visit the General Prosecutor's Office at 10 a.m. today.
According to Haretski, he received a phone call and a meeting in the chief supervisory institution was appointed. They said they expected some explanations from him to take a certain decision.
The journalist thinks that the conversation will be about his recent detention near the KGB office in Minsk where he was preparing a report about the way parcels were being delivered to the people arrested in connection with December 19. KGB members informed that the Prosecutor’ Office “could pronounce a warning for journalist activities without accreditation” back then, reports Radio “Racyja”.
