Germans to build two wind power generators in Dzyarzhynsk

A framework agreement was signed between the Minsk Regional Executive Committee and the German company Energtrag to build two wind power generators in the Dzyarzhynsk district. Their total capacity will be 160 MW, reports Respublika newspaper. The generators will be constructed for the German money. The investment project is to be signed in May, while the construction is to finish in 2011.

The two wind power generator will provide 8 percent of the annual power consumption in Minsk and the region.
