Germany extradites 2 Belarus nationals

Two Belarus nationals have been extradited from Germany by the Belarusians law-enforcement agencies. When the plane carrying two criminals from Frankfurt landed at the Minsk-2 International Airport, the police used unprecedented security precautions, reports ONT channel.  The men had been in hiding for lengthy periods of time. One of them, a resident of Hrodna, was wanted by Interpol for a large-scale embezzlement.

The other is facing charges of leading a criminal gang which evaded customs duties when importing cargo on the territory of Belarus. The country lost over Br1 billion due to this illegal activity.
