Handball player Syarhei Rutenka allowed to play for Belarus

A player of Spanish “Barcelona”, 29-year-old Syarhei Rutenka, has been officially allowed to play in Belarus national team. According to “Pressball”, it is informed in a letter of the International handball Federation.
