NHL goaltender has lost his job as head coach of Belarus’ flagship ice hockey team,
Dinamo Minsk after a 4-1 home defeat at the hands of Continental Hockey League
underdogs Amur Khabarovsk on Tuesday.
Uladzimir
Navumaw, chairman of the Belarusian Ice Hockey Federation, said that the team
lacks character and the current coaching staff is not able to instill it.
HC Homyel coach Alyaksandr Andryyeuski, who captained
Team Belarus
for many years, will replace Hanlon at the helm of Dinamo Minsk.
