Heineken to buy Belarusian brewery “Syabar”
The Heineken Company is going to buy a Belarusian brewery “Syabar”. It is reported that the brewery will be bought because of a takeover of its parent company registered in Cyprus and created by an American investment group Detroit Investment Ltd. and the International Financial Corporation.
The sum of the deal has not been announced. The financing will start at the beginning of 2008 and will end in 2012.
