Hlybokaye youth play photo war
A photo contest dated for the 65th anniversary of the liberation of Belarus of fascists has started in Hlybokaye. It is rather unusual as participants are asked to prepare a kind of “flashback”. Our reporter Yadviha Stasheuskaya informs about some details:
"Photographers dress their models in clothes of that time and prepare war sketches. There are three nominations in the contest: “War’s face is not childlike”, “Young Guards” and “Moments of Victory”. Considering the presented sketches, young inhabitants of Hlybokaye have difficulty creating images of fascists. Germans in some pictures are dressed in modern uniform with swastikas on their sleeves”.
Photo sessions in Hlybokaye will continue until October 10.
