Human right defender Raman Kislyak accused of swearing in Brest

A human rights defender Raman Kislyak has been detained in Brest. His car seemed “suspicious” to the police. They said he was a probable participant of some accident. Then the police told Kislyak that “he was shouting and swearing at driving inspectors”. The police did not try to conceal the real reason for the detention of Kislyak – they needed to prevent him from going to “The European March” in Minsk.
