Hundreds of passengers evacuated from commuter train Maldzechna-Minsk

The Minsk Transport Police on August 10 received a tip that an improvised explosive device had been on a Maladzechna-Minsk commuter train. When the train arrived at Zhdanovichy station, 100 passengers were evacuated. The train was taken to a reserve railway. However, the bomb was not found, report BELTA.

The police said the phone call came from a 27-year-old woman from the village of Krasnaye, Maladzechna district. She explained she disembarked this train at Usha station and she was extremely agitated. That's why she called an officer on duty at the Minsk railway terminal and said "something terrible" was going to happen in two cars. She failed to exlpain what exactly she meant when saying that.
