Illegally expelled student turns into “political draftee”?

An activist of Uladzimir Nyaklyayeu’s election team, Minsker Uladzimir Kumets, has received call-up papers. The guy was illegally expelled from International Humanitarian Economic University earlier. As ERB informed, the director general of the university – Alyaksandr Alpeyeu – promised to reinstate Kumets. However, the reinstatement has been delayed. He may find himself in quarters instead of lecture rooms.

Kumets: "Alpeyeu said he could not reinstate me at that moment - only after January 25. But he also let it slip. He told my mother that he would immediately reinstate me if the Minister of Education or his deputy phoned him”.

Kumets is going through an independent medical check-up now because he doubts he is able-bodied for military service. Let us remind you that a BPF Party activist Zmitser Zhaleznichenka was expelled from Homel State University the same way in 2008. He was drafted afterwards. The guy was drafted regardless of the fact that the court had admitted that the expulsion was illegal.

By the way, according to Kumets, the university administration has fired the teacher who informed about the fake marks. The teachers who faked them to expel Kumets from the university continue working there.
