Inhabitants of Slonim protest against "terror campaign" in Belarus

The representatives of Slonim democratic forces have filed an appeal to the General public prosecutor and other state institutions, in which they expressed their drastic protest against the "terror campaign" of pressure on the opposition leaders and activists, representatives of the civil society and independent media, informs the Slonim Newspaper. Slonim activists demand to stop political harassment of the dissidents and the opponents of the current authorities. They urge to release the ex-presidential candidates, their represenatives and all the citizens detained in Minsk at the Square on December 19, 2010. 

Slonim inhabitants also filed appeals to the Minsk public prosecutor's office asking to change the restraint and release the accused of the mass disturbances case under personal responsibility of the applicants.
