Investigation of the case of the "Tell the Truth" activist Mikhas Bashura has been completed. His lawyer Tamara Sidarenka says that the accusation has remained unchanged. According to her, the case is to be transferred to the Public Prosecution on Monday, September 6 and will eventually get into court, informs Radio Liberty. Tamara Sidarenka filed a request on changing the pre-trial limitations - non-leave obligation instead of detention - as soon as her client got acquainted with the case materials. The request is to be considered within several days. Previous attempts of the lawyer to change the pre-trial limitations were not successful. The lawyer also filed claims on closing the case as she considers Mikhas Bashura not guilty.
