KGB returns PCs confiscated from opposition members in 2007
KGB has returned six PCs confiscated from Homel opposition activists in 2007.
According to the head of the regional affiliate of the UCP Vasil Palyakou, not all of the returned devices function properly.
For example, the motherboard is missing from his PC. However, some files that were not present before the search and the confiscation have appeared – the statute, a questionnaire and booklets of “Malady Front” and eight viruses.
The search and confiscation of office equipment from the office of the regional affiliate of the UCP occurred in October 2007. KGB members explained their actions by an operation concerning the criminal case started against members of an unregistered organization “Malady Front”.
