Kouchur is ill; head of penal jurisdiction department is changed
The head of the Department of penal jurisdiction of the Belarusian Ministry of Internal Affaires Uladzimir Kouchur has been dismissed according to President’s decree of November 12. “Belaruskі partyzan” has informed about it. The reason for the dismissal has not been announced yet. ERB phoned the Department to find out were Kouchur was.
The deputy head Yury Varankou told us:
“I haven’t seen the order yet. Uladzimir Alyaksandravich was on vacation. Now he is on a sick leave … So I am performing his duties at the moment”.
Let us note that Varankou used to be Kouchur’s assistant.
Moreover, the President dismissed the head of the Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affaires Yury Melihavets, reports Interfax.
