Kozulin: I am ready both to be the single candidate and to work for him

Alexander Kozulin is prepared to run for the presidency during the upcoming general elections both as the single candidate from the pro-democracy forces and as a member of the electoral headquarters such single candidate, the politician told Euroradio.
He said: "I would like to work in the team of the single candidate as well.  But if people reckon that I can be the one, I am also ready. But we need to achieve one condition -- to have people consolidated for the sake of the future. If there is a necessary consolidation of all the pro-democracy forces, then it makes sense to take part. If there is no consolidation, I am not going to participate in the defeat". The politician does not wish to be nominated from any party. " I feel ashamed to take part as a decoration to play into the hand of the authorities", he added.

At the moment, all the candidates that have declared their presidential ambitions pursue their personal goal. The democratic forces do not have a common goal, he said.
