Lack of asphalt concrete needed for repairs of Minsk roads

Minsk maintenance crews lack materials to repair roads. They lack asphalt concrete, druse and bitumen. According to “Minsk-News” agency, almost 900 thousand tons of asphalt concrete and other materials are needed to fulfill the plan of repairs in 2008 and 2009.

However, the only Minsk asphalt plant is able to produce a little bit more than half of the mentioned amount a year.
