It took more than an hour to liquidate a fire on the territory of a former colony near Kalvaryiskaya Street.
A large fire was registered on the territory of a former colony near Kalvaryiskaya Street in Minsk on the evening of May 24. A one-storied building used for keeping leather-cloth waste and garbage was burning. The fire was about 300 square metres and the flame was 8 or 10 meters high.
Employees of the Emergency Control Ministry liquidated the fire more than an hour later. Nobody was injured in the accident and the reason for the fire is being investigated, reports a Belarusian portal tut.by.
