Lawyer of former President’s ideologist does not understand why case is closed

The investigation of the case of Uladzimir Holad, a former deputy head of the ideology department of the President’s Administration, continues in the Supreme Court of Belarus. He is suspected of bribery and swindle. 
Holad’s lawyer Maryna Verabyova says that her client does not plead guilty and calls it a provocation. So she is surprised at the fact that the case was closed.

Let us remind you that Holad was detained in June after having received 35 thousand dollars. The former President’s ideologist may be sentenced to 15 years of imprisonment.
