Lebedzeu can become Observer number 1

The Central Election Commission's Chairperson Lidzia Yarmoshyna will meet with the Head of the CIS Observing Mission, CIS Executive Secretary Siarhej Lebedzeu on October 6 in Minsk. Siarhej Lebedzeu will be given the certificate on accrediation as observer at presidential elections, issued by the Belarusian Central Election Commission, during the meeting. Usually, the Head of the CIS observing mission receives Certificate No. 1, informs BelaPAN.
 
Siarhej Lebedzeu and Lidzia Yarmoshyna are to discuss the quantity of the CIS mission, terms of beginning of its' work and some other aspects connected with elections observation.
