Lech Kaczynski's body to arrive in Warsaw later today
The body of Polish president Lech Kaczynski will today arrive in Warsaw. Yesterday, his twin brother Jaroslae came to Smolensk to identify the killed president.
The Russian news agency Ris Novosti reminds that 96 people aboard the Tu-154 presidential jet died when the plane crashed before landing in Smolensk yesterday. The list of the dead includes the Polish president and the country's top political and military leadership. They were heading to the Katyn memorial where thousands of Polish soldiers were massacred on the orders of Stalin-led Politburo.
