Lithuania and Latvia organize actions of solidarity with Estonia

Mass demonstrations took place in Lithuania and Latvia in support of Estonia in its struggle against “Russian propaganda attacks”. The meetings’ participants recalled the so-called Baltic Manifestation – an action that took place in 1989. During the action inhabitants of Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania created a 600 km line of people from Vilnius till Tallinn through Riga to demonstrate their aspiration for independence.


Participants of the today’s demonstrations took each others hands, raised them and shouted the word “Estonia!”.
