Lithuania still has arguments against Belarusian nuclear power station

Lithuania still has doubts about the Environmental Impact Assessment presented by Belarus in connection with the future nuclear power station. 
According to BelaPAN, the official Vilnius refuted the information previously declared by the head of the national committee on radioactive defense of the Belarusian Council of Ministers Jakov Kenigsberg. He said that Lithuania had withdrawn all the previous pretensions to EIA, on November 24. 

Lithuanian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, it its turn, claimed that Belarusian side had not given answers to all the questions with regard to the future nuclear power station. Namely, Lithuania is still waiting for the response why Belarus has chosen the Astravets ground fot NPS construction. The ground is situated 50 kilometers away from Vilnius.
