Lord Bell: We'll sign the deal on June 24

Lord Timothy Bell, a prominent public-relations guru from the UK, tells the European Radio for Belarus that negotiations with the office of the Belarusian president are under way. The contract on improving Belarus's foreign image could be signed on June 24. Bell: "We are still at the stage of negotiations. However, everything looks very positive. I think we will have the contract signed around June 24".
