Lukashenka to attend CIS summit of prime ministers in Minsk
The summit of the CIS Council of the head of governments will take place today in Minsk. Alexander Lukashenka is expected to attend. Russian PM Vladimir Putin will also arrive in Minsk, reports Belapan.
