Lukashenka: It's profitable to ship crude oil from Venezuela
"I am not a fool; I have calculated everything. Nobody would have shipped oil if it was not profitable"
Alexander Lukashenka also ordered the government and the local coluncil chiefs to sort out the problems with the rental fees.
In his address to the National Assembly, Lukashenka touched on the supplies of the Venzuelan crude oil to Belarus.
"I am not a fool! Specialists calculated everything... Russia thinks that we will not survive. We will!", the head of the state told lawmakers today.
"Landlords should feel the liberalization of the market not only a relevant decree is being read out", The official news agency BELTA quoted Lukashenka as saying.
He reminded that he issued a decree last October, reducing the rental frees. "Instead, landlords and the government-owned organizations in the first place, raised the rental fees by almost a half", noted Lukashenka.
