Lukashenka: We have violated all Election Code articles to please OSCE
"We have violated every possible article of the Election Code just to please the OSCE”, - claimed Lukashenka at a press conference in Minsk on December 20. He also added: “The yesterday’s events displeased me because I had to order solders to go to the square being the commander-in-chief. I apologize to their mothers. We will subject all the people responsible for the organized riot and those who are in hiding to responsibility”.
