Lukashenko spoke with Macron by phone. An expert commented

Belarusian political analyst Alexander Friedman (Institute for European Ethnology, Humboldt University, Berlin) called this news “alarming.” He noted that the previous call took place in February 2022, in the context of Russian aggression against Ukraine launched from Belarusian territory.
