Main group of OSCE observers to arrive in Minsk on November 12

The main group of international observers is expected to arrive in Minsk today, on November 12, reports BelTA. The group consists of 13 people headed by Ambassador Gert Arens. The administration of the mission is planning to meet the CEC chairperson Lidziya Yamoshyna on November 15. Long-term OSCE observers will get certificates during the meeting. The Central Election Commission notes that a positive decision about the accreditation of the group of 40 long-term OSCE observers has been taken. 400 foreign guests have to arrive in the country to conduct a short-term monitoring of the presidential election.
