Malady Front to file final registration application on May 29
The Malady Front youth group will again try to get registered on May 29, according to the decision passed by the council of the organization. Last time, the Ministry of Justice denied registration for previous (politically motivated) convictions of Malady Front members and due to the problems with the legal address.
Now that the problem with the legal address has been resolved, Malady Front seeks to get a politcally motivated deccision in order to prove that there is 'a presumption of guilt', Malady Front activist Ivan Shyla told Euroradio.
The congress of Malady Front is expected to be attended by international guests, diplomats, human rights activists. Besides, lawyers from the Ministry of Justice will also be invited. The Malady Front members wish to be explained why the Ministry of Justice applies the presumtion of guilt and thus does not register the organization.
