Man dies after falling from National Library's third floor
A 42-year-old resident of Minsk broke into the building of the National Library during the Day of the City celebrations. When police officers tried to catch him, the man fell from the 15-meter height onto the concrete tiles.
He was rushed to an intensive care with numerous injuries but later died.
The police are investigating how the man could sneak into the building but have declined a comment on this accident.
