Man rascued in flooded Haradok (photo)
A 31-year old tractor driver
nearly drowned in flood waters in Haradok, Vitsyebsk region. The man attempted
to cross a river walking on a flooded bridge but was swept by swirling flood
waters.
Rescue workers pulled the man out of the river. The area has been flooded since Monday.
