Medvedev not to meet Lukashenka at CSTO summit
President Dmitri Medvedev is not planning a bilateral meeting with Alyaksandr Lukashenka during the unofficial CSTO summit that will take place in Yerevan on August 20-21 However, Lukashenka may refuse from the trip to Armenia. He ignored a similar event in Moscow during “the milk war” against Russia last year, reports “Kommersant”.
