Member of Rymasheuski’s initiative group accused of bribery

Barys Kuchynski, a member of Rymasheuski’s initiative group, visited Slonim District Election Committee yesterday. He told the head of Slonim District Election Committee Alena Machalina that he had heard rumours about some complaint about him sent to the committee. According to the complaint, he “bought” signatures in “Enka” microdistrict with wine, reports a human rights centre “Vyasna”. Machalina said that they had received a complaint from a Slonim inhabitant Mr. Nikifarau. The head of the committee noted that they had not considered the appeal so far and were not going to do it.

Barys Kuchynski asserts that he did not collect any signatures for Rymasheuski in “Enka” microdistrict and that the complaint is sheer slander.
