Milinkevich-led For Freedom movement ready to file endless applications for registrations
Yuras Hubarevich, a deputy chairman of the For Freedom movement, told the European Radio for Belarus that the Belarus's Justice Ministry was expected to send their respond over the movement registration by April 10. However, no official letter has arrived on time. The documents for registration were filed on March 10. Hubarevich says this is the third attempt to register the movement. In his view, the first two rejections were politically not legally motivated. The stance of the government has not changed since then, he said.
Organizers are prepared to keep filing applications until the authorities change their mind.
Hubarevich: Every time when we hold a general meeting of founders, we talk about the current affairs, planning and take decisions regarding our certain campaigns. So, it is no problem for us to keep applying for registration until the government gives up.
Former presidential contender Alexander Milinkevich is elected the chairman of the For Freedom movement.
