Mimimum aliment rate for working parents set in Belarus

The minimum rate of aliments for working parents is set at not less than 50 percent of the living minimum wage for one child, 75 percent for two children and 100 percent for three and more children.
The minimum aliment rate "aims to ensure gurantees and the legitimate rights of children and to achieve the reduction of cases when parents conceal their income in order to reduce the aliments". The president signed a relevant decree on November 10 which will become effective in six months, reports Belapan.
