Ministry of Finance: Belarus will get rest of Russian credit on old terms

Belarusian will get the remaining part of the Russian credit on the old terms. The Belarusian Ministry of Finance has informed about it.
Let us remind you that the first part of the credit was allocated to the Belarusian Ministry of Finance on November 18, 2008. The second part was planned to be received by the end of February 2009 but it did not happen. Russia suggested dividing the other part of the credit into two – 500 million dollars each. They were supposed to be allocated in February and March.

The Russian Minister of Finance Alexei Kudrin claimed that the Russian and Belarusian governments would sign an agreement on the allocation of 500 million dollars to Minsk yesterday. The Belarusian Ministry of Finance claims that the agreement will be signed this week and the money will arrive later on, reports BelTA.
