Ministry of Information's cassation appeal to be considered today

The Supreme Economic Court's cassation collegium will consider the appeal of the Ministry of Information against the decisions taken by the court upon "Autoradio"s claims. "Autoradio"s director Jury Bazan has informed about this.
The Supreme Economic Court has considered the Ministry of Information's warning, issued against "Autoradio", as well as the decision of the Republican TV and Radio commission to close the radio station,invalid, on March 9.
The Minister of Information Aleh Praliaskouski has said that he doesn't think that the judge Valery Shobik's decisions were well-grounded. "I am very surprised by this trial's results. I don't think that the judge's decisions are fair", — the Minister has said, BelaPAN reports.
