On Friday, Minsk city court will consider the public prosecutor's office's protest against the court decision, according to which the journalist of "Gazeta Wyborcza" Andrei Poczobut had been fined for "participation in a non-sanctioned action" on December 19.

"If I try to make a prognosis on this, I think they will abolish the decision tomorrow and transfer the case for reconsideration. They don't like taking decisions on political cases in the second instance, they would rather pass the responsibility to someone else... If only it is not a special order", - Pozcobut thinks.
