Minsk economic court liquidates "Movement Forward"
Minsk economic court has deprived the research-educational establishment "Movement Forward" from state registration, thus satisfying the claim of Minsk city executive committee. The director of the establishment and at the same time the presidential contender Uladzimir Nyaklyaeu says this decision will not influence his campaign in any way.
Uladzimir Nyaklyaeu: “It's not going to influence the campaign in any way. Nothing will change. They thought they would make it highly complicated for us. However, they were a bit late. It would have been difficult for us in the very beginning if they won the first trial. Then we would really be in the street. We were unprepared then. But we are prepared now. First, all the members of the "Tell the Truth" campaign are also members of my nomination group. Everyone has a corresponding certificate".
According to Nyaklyaeu, when authorisations of the nomination group expire, another campaign will appear, having the activity of the "Tell the Truth" in their charter.
Let us remind you that Minsk city executive committee had first withdrawn the rental agreement with the establishment "Movement Forward", thus depriving Nyaklyaeu's organization from legal address. After that they filed a claim to consider the registration of the "Movement Forward" illegal.
