Minsk hosts Catholic bishops from across Europe
The annual meeting of the secretaries general of the European Bishop Conferences will gather today in Minsk to become the first gathering of this kind in this country. The meeting will begin in the evening of June 14 with a solemn prayer service with the participation of all the bishops from Belarus.
The Catholic leaders from across Europe will focuse on the problems of migration, relations with the other confessions, the work with the youth and the media. The conference will also discuss the situation with the Roman Catholic Churh in Belarus.
