Minsk inhabitant punished for trying to bribe driving inspector during examination
A Minsk inhabitant who wanted to bribe a driving inspector in order to get a driving license has been put on probation for two years. He offered the inspector 100 USD at the exam and the latter did not accept it. Moreover, he reported it to the police, informs STV.
