Minsk MTZ-RIPA defeats Russia junior team
The preliminary stage of CIS and Baltic States Champions Football Cup has finished in Moscow. Minsk MTZ-RIPA defeated Russia junior team in the final match of group B – 2:0. A Brazilian legionnaire scored a goal during the 54th minute and Dzyanis Sashenka did it a minute before the end of the match.
Let us remind you that Minskers defeated Turkmen “Ashkhabad” 4:0 and lost to Lithuanian “Ekranas” – 0:2. As a result, the Belarusian and Lithuanian teams made it to the quarter final that will take place today. MTZ-RIPA will compete with Kazakhstan “Aktobe”, reports BelTA.
