Minsk police start “Arsenal” campaign

The campaign aimed at free-will declaration of unregistered weapons “Arsenal” has started in Minsk today. It will last until April 19. The police are hoping to receive unregistered guns from citizens and to check the storage conditions of registered weapons. It is reported that Minskers have handed in more than 260 guns to the police since the beginning of the year.
