Is Minsk railway terminal mined?

The international ticket offices of Minsk Railway Terminal were encircled this morning. The reason for it was a strange pack left not far from the ticket offices. However, according to the director of the terminal Uladzimir Hryharovich, there is no reason to be anxious.  

Hryharovich: "No, it’s not a mining. They found a strange pack that had no owner. Passengers are not allowed to approach there, they are checking its contents”.
