Miyory police have forbidden campaigning for Nyaklyayeu. No reports have been drawn up. However, a policeman told Zmitser Palcheuski that he did not have a right to distribute agitation materials because only the candidate or his representatives were allowed to do it, reports Radio Liberty. Zmitser Palcheuski did not agree with him and the policeman said he would detain the activist if he noticed his leaflets.
